Job Summary: OGX is seeking Guest Experience Team Leads to assist with overseeing the Hershey Super Sweet Adventure Guest Experience Team and preserving the cleanliness of the space. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has performing arts experience. This part-time position may be scheduled for up to five (5) days OR 28 hours per week. This part time position pays $20.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Drive the daily operation of the Hershey Super Sweet Adventure by assigning staff rotations, ensuring proper breaks are given, and staff are looked after each day
Ensure the highest level of Guest Experience is delivered by our staff members
Assist Guests with resolving issues and complaints throughout the operating day
Train Sweet Seekers in the proper character and improvisation needed to be successful
Ensure theming inside and outside the attraction is maintained with themed language, spiels, and improvisational moments
Direct Guests with scripted language throughout the experience to sustain immersive experience
Help keep the location clean and welcoming to Guests
Answer questions about the experience
Jump in to support exhibit operations and perform duties as needed to ensure best experience to Guests
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary standing position more than 65% of the time
Must be able to memorize some scripted material to deliver to guests for consistency of experience
Must be able to move about inside the exhibit space
Must be able to commit to a minimum of three shifts, one of which must be on a weekend day
Occasionally lifts and moves items / equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Able to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Your experience:
High school diploma (or its equivalent), some college is preferred (current students welcome to apply)
Experience with entertainment elements, such as public speaking, acting/theater, or other entertainment spheres
6 months in a leadership role
